First off, I think it is absurd for MS to charge for paper certs. We pay $125 an exam and then have to pay another $10 for a paper cert? I can understand the environmental savings.. but c'mon!
On that note, I passed MCITP:SA last week. I went into the MSP eStore to order some new swag. Nothing listed for MCITP. Emailed cust service who said I was not certified. Emailed my transcript and MCP ID. She verified and said the MCITP apparel "should" appear under my account within three weeks. WTF. Three weeks? How can it take this long?
Argh.
