1. You need the Windows 7 Client exam

I wonder what other cert they will choose/create.
I hope it's a MS one. -

I havent looked to be honest, a far wiser man than i sent me the links to the exams, and i thought ... why not...

RobertKaucher Member Posts: 4,299 ■■■■■■■■■■It still might be good for you to finish it off. Nothing wrong with taking a free test, right? But I would hold off until they say what the requirements will be. I think adding in the HDI exams was just a little silly. It nearly doubles the cost of getting the EST title.
Maybe if you are lucky you will just need to finish off the Windows 7 exam. -

TBH I wouldn't bother with a MOC, I would stick to the technet articles and springboard series videos and you will do fine, I really didn't think the 685 beta was all that hard.
Go through the following list and tick off what you are confident you have a handle on:

sco1984 Member Posts: 1 ■□□□□□□□□□Hello all,
Interesting discussion. I just signed up to join this discussion.
I started preparing for 70-686 exam today from India.
Prometric is offering 25% discount so why not.
I have already upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista on my laptop at home.
As of now referring Student companiam guide of 454 pages in PDF. Full MOC contains virtual machines which can only run on Hyper V + 64 bit hardware + win 2k8 I dont have that kind of machine with me.
MOC pdf is enough to pass 70-686?
It seems like they have added some new topics like product life cycle.
What kind of questions they thorw I just wonder.
Any comments?
Regards,
AmeY. -
