what is cisco networking academy

I thought it was just a onsite course but I here people say how long it took to finish the information?

Is it like a cbt nugget training or at a location.

I was told there is no stupid question so here I go.

I did the CCNA Network Academy courses at a local Community College. Some High Schools are also Network Academies and offer the courses to their students.

It's a set of standardized courseware which has been web based (and also available in book form from Cisco Press) offered by Cisco world wide.

I actually did the "self-paced web based" option at my Academy, rather than the in person course option -- but I still had access to the School Cisco Lab and the proctored test center (for the final exams).
