When you are trying to join a domain on the client side

It prompted you to put in

Password:
Domain:

What do you put in for Username and password?
is it the local administrator and password for client PC? or

Any domain account that's allowed to log on locally. By default, this is only administrators on DCs, but regular domain user accounts can log on to domain computers; they'll just have limited privileges.
