Question when joining a domain

When you are trying to join a domain on the client side

It prompted you to put in

Username:
Password:
Domain:

What do you put in for Username and password?
is it the local administrator and password for client PC? or
Administrator username and password of the domain PC?

    A domain account that's allowed to join computers to the domain.

    Once that is done
    then reboot
    It prompt to login to a domain

    at this step what username and password do you use?

    Any domain account that's allowed to log on locally. By default, this is only administrators on DCs, but regular domain user accounts can log on to domain computers; they'll just have limited privileges.

    I manually created a user account on the server
    Is this the only way of being able to create a user account on the Server is to manually

    ADD:New:User?

    You can also us dsadd to batch import many users at once.
