Duplex Setting

Hello

Does anyone know how to find out what the Duplex setting is on a PC. If so how can it be change from half to full or vice versa ie if the NIC can support it

    if I'm not mistaking... you should be able to find it in your network properties... I don't have a PC... on a mac you can go into terminal and type "ifconfig -a" for all of your nics or "ifconfig (name of interface in question)". HTH.

    If you do not have administrative privledges on the machine, you will not see the speed/duplex settings...
