Just got back from taking the exam, scored 1000/880. I was very apprehensive going in, this being my first MS cert. I am glad I have about 18 months of using SQL Server because the questions where very specific and there where no 'throw away' answers.
I used MCTS SQL Server 2005 by Tom Carpenter, which I liked. MS Training Kit which I thought was overkill and really scared me away from taking the exam and SQL Server Unleashed which is a great book and I can see myself using it as time goes on.
Thanks to RobertKaucher I also used the TestOut software, also highly recommended.

Dude, it took me like a week to find it after you contacted me... I blame the disc!
Oh, and don't forget to update your cert list.
