Great Windows/Linux Traffic Generator (Has a GUI!)

IPERF - The Easy Tutorial
First link is download, second a simple guide on how to use it (scroll down for GUI part).
I love this thing, gives you a bandwidth graph and can run multiple instances, so you can stream to as many tcp ports as you want at once.
While this is going on, it gives you a nice bandwidth graph, I have not figured out how to get the jitter/delay graph to read.
readme.txt has install instructions, for windows hit the batch file.
I ran the zip file as well as the .exe through virus total which showed no viruses after running the file through 41 scanners.
