Do you want to go the Microsoft route or the Cisco route long term with your career? If Cisco take the Routing and Switching path. If Microsoft take the Microsoft Windows Electives. It's all about what you want to do long term.

The lazy me would take the Microsoft Windows Option because I could sleep through the classes and still ace the course. The less lazy me would take the Cisco option because I would have to stay awake for the first few minutes of class to decide if I could sleep through it and still ace the class. I'm not interested in programming, so I would choose the Network Security option and actually try to learn something new.

This is my opinion, correct if I'm wrong, because of have no experience to base it.

I know everything can be done at home, but which would be hardest that I would need help in?

Tech support seems too basic. But I would like to do tech support/sys admin in the future, is this the class?

Microsoft and CCNA can be done at home easily.
But if its not as easy as I assume, then these classes would help me get my certs.

The web options looks interesting, but suggestions from another forum says it can be learned on the weekends and theres too many web programmers out there.

Network Security looks interesting, I've never taking hacking classes before, totally new to that side of Tech. I would probably learn something new.

Web development is in high demand where I am. Blue Cross Blue Shield is having a hell of a time filling software/web app development positions in the Detroit area.

There are still jobs in the Detroit area icon_scratch.gif

I'd go the Web route as well since it seems pretty interesting and I'd hate to have to sit through a basic Cisco course.
