Cisco 3745, Questions Pls...

Hello everyone, recently a friend offered me a Cisco 3745 Router with 12.2(8r)T2 ROMmon Version... I did read that this Router can support up to 512MB Dram, x2 256MB DIMM, with a simple ROMmon Upgrade, Minimum ROMmon Version to run 512MB Memory is 12.3(6r)... So the ROMmon can be upgraded by Software? Not like the 2600XM that you should buy a new BootRom like the 12.(8r) to support 256MB Dram? If yes then EEPROM, Flash, is something great in this Router... But where can I download such such a ROMmon Version for this Router? I tried with Cisco and I found none but a Technical Doc. I hope it can be downloaded from Cisco Website without the need for a CCO Account... Any help will be too appreciated.

Second question, does this Router supports 256MB Flash, 128MB Flash in internal Compact Flash, and 128MB Flash on external Flash? Thanks in advance guys.... WOW such a Router!

I do have this Product Data Sheet bro but still nothing there addressed my questions... Even I tried to search for a 12.3(6r) BootROM on eBay, even searched the Internet, to buy and still got none... I wish it's really EEPROM and can be upgraded via Software, but the point is that where to find such an upgrade on Cisco Website, and will it need a CCO Account?

Looks like it's a software upgrade only: ROM Monitor Download Procedures for Cisco 2691, Cisco 3631, Cisco 3725, and Cisco 3745 Routers [Support] - Cisco Systems

The IOS ROMMON software is on the site but you need a service contract to access it.

Thanks alot guys, I already found out the filename, it's C3745_RM2.srec.123-6r, it's under Download Software\Routers\3700\3745 and then you can chose between Cisco IOS or ROMmon, just liked to put it to make it easy on somebody else who might ask... But still the Memory and Flash part are confusing me... For the Flash, is it x2 128MB internal and external CF, or it supports only x1 128MB? Thanks in advance fellas.
