I just checked our partnership website and I can see each individual competencies listed.
On the main page you can obviously see the total amount of points and the membership status (i.e. Gold etc.)...
I THINK I have been through all the menu options to see if you can view points associated with individual people but I cannot find it anywhere ..
Is this even possible ?

looks like u can get the details from the membership center under the membership status menu called View Partner Points. This shows the points u currently have. Looks like the points for individuals is for MCP's only. the program guide here: https://partner.microsoft.com/global/40005166 has the details of how points work.
