What are the LEDs doing/showing when it freezes?

Can you get into ROMMON? If you can, then hope that you have a corrupted IOS image.

Yeah I can get into rom mon just fine, xmodem a new imagine into the switch with no such luck unfortunately.... I just got the switch in the mail via ebay. When I first got it, I got a error similar to the fan issue posted already, and it kept flooding my screen, then I updated the ios in hopes it would cure, but then it just ended up giving me the above error and nothing more. only the syst light comes on
