Password / Factory reset Cisco 3700

Hi
I have been given a Cisco 3700 to help with my CCNA however i am unaware of the enable password and also the configure terminal password.
I have had a look on the internet for a password / factory reset and have found the below article from Cisco.
Password Recovery Procedure for the Cisco 3700 Series Routers [Cisco 3700 Series Multiservice Access Routers] - Cisco Systems
However on my laptop (HP 3210P Tablet) the Break key is accessed by using the FN key at the same time. I cannot get into the "rommon" that the help page describes. Does anybody else have any ideas?

Apologies - done. Using teraterm (vista no hypert!) and had to use alt+b instead.
