I'm going through my Cisco books and CBT Nuggets but not finding RTA for ICDN1.

Are you sure RTA is not just a name of a router or a switch in an example configuration or a practice exam? -

If you look carefully you'll find it next to the "Any" key.

Like luke_bibby said, that is usually used as an arbitrary identifier for routers in practice questions.
