Do you care to share your solution?!?!?! That way if someone else has the problem they can reference your post for some troubleshooting steps. Thanks.

Ok but i didn't answer on my question in this post --> http://www.techexams.net/forums/ccnp/48684-ccnp-lab.html

To open the control panel, click the Start button, then Control Panel.
Click Clock, Language, and Region, then choose Regional and Language Options.
In the Regional and Language Options control panel, click the Administrative tab.
I changed my language (do not support unicode) on English (Great Britain).

    I reinstall the GNS3.
And then when to run the console on a router show the window that GNS3 couldn't find the putty.exe in C:\Program Files\Putty\...

I created a new folder - Putty and I put in the "putty.exe"
Then i opened the GNS3 and run the console on a router and show me the console window with loading the IOS of the router.

Next i closed the GNS3, restart the operating system and I back to my old Setups in the Regional and Language Options control panel.

Maybe my solution is not clear but it helps me.

    Cheers
