Best Extension for Internet Video

, I m not the creator just I saw he converted MP4 to FLV and the size doubled , what do you want from me to ask him ???

I really don't know; I'm not that familiar with the process myself. Depending on the software he's using, I'd imagine he'd be able to tweak codec, compression, etc. It might take a bit of trial-and-error to get it right though.

you right I changed frame rate,bit rate atc.... and worked
