Just read this on the BBC Technology pages... has anyone seen it happen/been faced with it yet?

    Not me. Another reason not to roll it out across the enterprise just yet..

    I couldn't agree more. I think you should always wait for at last one SP before rolling out, to (hopefully) ensure they've ironed out most of the issues.

    That said, this little issue seems to be impacting previous Windows versions too.

    I am currently up to date on all patches for W7 and just ran a check to make sure I have not seen any issues like this been running beta and full blown W7 professional since the day it came out. I know that 7 is better because I was on a beta test of Vista and MS would not listen to us. Surprise Surprise W7 with some of the change we asked for.
