Locking XP background

I've tried searching for a way to do this, and all I've found is add on programs that may or may not work. Boss is tired of seeing kittens, fall scenes, kids, etc and wants all the computers uniform.

I'm sure there has to be a setting in the registry somewhere that prevents backgrounds from being changed. Any ideas?

Group Policy Editor -> Default Domain Policy

User Config -> Administrative Templates -> Control Panel -> Display -> Prevent Changing Wallpaper

You can also set the background image to a standard image saved on a network share:

Group Policy -> User Config -> Administrative Templates -> Desktop -> Active Desktop -> Active Desktop Wallpaper
    CERTS: VCDX #110 / VCAP-DCA #500 (v5 & 4) / VCAP-DCD #10(v5 & 4) / VCP 5 & 4 / EMCISA / MCSE 2003 / MCTS: Vista / CCNA / CCENT / Security+ / Network+ / Project+ / CIW Database Design Specialist, Professional, Associate
