Well I passed the VCP 4 exam today, only decided to go for it as the second shot came up so been studying on and off for about a month. I would say the exam was harder than the VCP3 and was definately a more technical exam, relying more on knowledge of how the features work.
I used Train Signal videos and the VMWare website was a great resource for more indepth info, work for a VMware partnerso have free access to several free copies of the entire vsphere suite.
Now I'm gonna take a break for the rest of the year, while I try and decide on what to do next.

Congrats on the pass! You're one of the first few I've seen do this. -

Unfortunately we only have a few weeks (with Christmas thrown in the mix) before we have to take another class -

Edit: Oh yeah... congrats on the pass!IT guy since 12/00

They want to make sure you work with the product in order to pass hence those questions. Oh and I cannot go into any detail of course, but I did get a few interface ones ... less than in VCP310, granted, but they do existMy own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com -
