What's your background?
Ideally what you need to go is get a book on 70-640 and work slowly through it. Simulaneously you probably want to look into the MCITP: Enterprise Support technician cert.-Daniel -

Take your time get a book or two. Stick with xp and 2003 i would not do 2008 server or windows 7. Companies are still running xp and 2003 servers.CompTIA A+ Nov 25, 1997
