    Hi-

I would reiterate a question someone asked earlier about what your goals are, but I would add a question about the opportunities you see in your particular job market. You should choose a certification path that will take you in a direction that is in the most demand in your particular market.

If you have general questions about Microsoft certification you can check out their site focused on certification and it will map out the possible upgrade paths available to you based on your existing exams and certifications. What exams have you already taken?

Microsoft learning site link -- Microsoft Learning: Certification

Also there is a deal going through the end of June that will allow you to retake an exam for free if you don't get a sufficient score, so it may be a good time to start tackling some Microsoft cert exams.

    Hope that helps...

If you want to do both then this guy has given you a fairly good roadmap.

Where are you at, careerwise right now? Are you working in IT yet? If you're not yet then skip the 70-648 tests for now and insert the 70-680, 70-685 or 70-686.
No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.
