switch and in front panel it is written (inline power), is that mean it is support (PoE – Power on Ethernet).

Short answer ;- Yes
I beleive "Inline power" is the term cisco used before "Power over Ethernet."

Inline Power was Cisco's implementation of PoE before it was a standard.
