CCNA prep

Folks,

My CCNA expired so I have to do it again. I thought I would try the single exam thing, that's the 840-842 right? Does anyone know how long it is please and if you have to do the CCENT stuff first?

I have the Boson and I just bought Lammle's book off Amazon. It has a lighthouse instead of his shiney head these days. Do you reckon the two combined should cover the **** stuff I will need to know for the test?

Cheers

Uh, for you the ExamCram for the CCENT would probably cover it icon_lol.gif

I am using the Odom book and it's excellent. I actually think I will be ready for the test after I finish reading it.

    The CCENT is 640-822

You don't have to do the CCENT first; you can do the single exam route.

Dude, I'm pretty sure your CCIE studies have you covered icon_lol.gif

Maybe pick up Transcender or something and see if there's anything obscure that you've somehow missed.

Okay, maybe I am confused but I figured that your CCIE written would have covered the CCNA. Am I lost or something?

You can actually go right to the CCIE if you're able. It's not like the CCNP where you need the CCNA as a prerequisite, etc.
