I have a set of MCSE books (70-210,215,216,217 I think) from MS press from 2000 when the tests first came out. does anyone know if there are revisions major enough to need to buy new book? ( I plan to at least get the Exam Cram books for each of the tests) I originally bought the books back then, and then didn't follow through
Oh well. Better late than never.

Webmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminIf you have the very first editions (of the white ones) you should check the www.microsoft.com (or mspress.microsoft.com) website for the errata for all 4 books (there used to be some corrections online for the 210 and 215 book). There are updated version of the kit (blue), which contain a lot more info. But, if you are going to buy to Exam Cram books also I don't think you will need to get the blue MS kit. Especially if you combine it with free practice exams and study notes (such as on this site ), there is a lot available online for the 2000 exams.
