Here's the actual requirements page for it:
Software Certifications offers certifications (CSTE, CSQA, CSPM, CMST and CMSQ).
However, I recommend against that certification for business analysts.
The high ground certification, and the one that most sough after for business analysts is currently the CBAP, available here: International Institute of Business Analysis | Resource Center
I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict that there are likely to be more "business analysis" certification pop up over the next couple of years....

Never heard of this certification before. It sounds like a great way to make money off of college students
