50% Off Exam Retake?

Hey, I took the Network+ Exam a little prematurely and failed it by about 1 quesition. Maybe the tech notes on this site will give me that little extra to pass. But I noticed that 50% off Exam Retake thing, Im just wondering how exactly I take advantage of that?
