I am proud to announce the completion of the first edition of Sybex Publishing's CWSP Study Guide - ISBN# 0470438916
The book covers new testable topics such as fast BSS transition (802.11r), opportunistic key caching and management frame protection Thirteen chapters cover in great detail the important WLAN security topics of 802.1X/EAP, dynamic encryption, WIPS and much more. The CWSP Study Guide is over 600 pages deep and the chapter on the topic of 802.1X/EAP is 70 pages by itself. The book includes flash cards, 350+ practice questions, white papers and lab exercises.
Sybex Publishing is now the official publisher for the CWNP Program and this new first edition of the CWSP Study Guide is now the "OFFICIAL" CWSP Study Guide that helps you prepare for the CWSP Exam (PWO204) which should debut in January/2010.
While the study guide does cover all the objectives of the CWSP Exam (PWO-204), many other value added WLAN security design and deployment topics are discussed with a real-world perspective. Even if you have already passed the CWSP exam, this book serves as an excellent reference guide about WLAN security.
The lead author is David Coleman, CWNE #4. Other authors include David Westcott CWNE #7, Bryan Harkins CWNE #44 and Shawn Jackman CWNE #54.
The study guide comes out the first week of Feb/2010 and is available for pre-order via the link below:

P.S. Look for a new Sybex wireless study guides on 802.11 frame analysis and 802.11 design in late 2010.

I'm sure it'll be as good a read as your CWNA guide.
All the best with it.
