Any advice for 70-621 exam

Well, I finally had enough funds to rescedule my 70-621 exam after failing my first attempt. In the mean time I picked up the All-In-One MCITP book covering 620,622 & 623. For my first attempt I did not study 622 at all. I plan on utilizing Transcender's 70-621 module and this book. Any other suggestions? I'd like to pass this next time, I can't afford not to!
