Does the SDM cost anything to download?? Cisco has my information to bill me. I don't see anything on the site that say's that it's free to download or that it costs anything.

the hard part can be actually finding the download. Last time I tried, they were in the middle of their website migration and the links were broken.
But yeah, assuming you can find it, it's free -

Well, I don't know as I haven't had to go find anything on cisco.com for awhile, but I would hope that one of the most important companies in the world could get their act together. I mean, having a non-fubar website should be a prerequisite to getting listed on the dow hehe
