CUCM Phone Registeration Trace Files

nagennagen Member Posts: 23 ■□□□□□□□□□
Hi,
I am having problem to register sccp and sip phones simultaneously in CUCM7.0. I am getting all sorts of error messsages; to check the issue I used RTMT to collect trace files but I cannot understand them. I am looking for any document to understand the trace files for some troubleshooting. Can some one point out to any good cisco doc.

Thanks

I usually open a TAC case when I need logs checked. I usually have 2 many customers with pending issues:D(glory of 2nd level support some things just need to be pawned off).

The TAC engineers have a tool that they use to read them and I have it too, I just can't think of what the name is now.

But back to your issue. Can you register the phones with SIP/SCCP separately, and are you using all Cisco phones with SIP?

What process are you using to add the SIP phones? What model are you using for the SIP phone?
