Looking for VoIP jobs but don't know where to look

I'm working on my CCVP at the moment, I have 2-4 years experience in the field. I've learned how to setup, support and configure Windows Domains, Blackberry Enterprise Servers, Microsoft Exchange 2007, configure basic route and switch configuration on multiple Cisco routers and Switches. I understand how layer 1-7 operates and tie in to different technologies. I'm hardly getting experience with VoIP, but I do have experience with VoIP, from VLAN configurations on both layer 2 and 3 devices. I've configured CUCM 7x, CME 4.0, I'm currently working on Cisco Unity Connection, and I have basic knowledge of VoIP. I want to be a Voice Engineer. I've been busting my ass to get VoIP deals into our clients door steps and I've gotten 2 so far and I feel like I deserve to get the experience I deserve but we're not doing alot of voice. I want to move to voice and focus on that mainly. Any advise?

Take a look at Dice.com and search in your area. They focus on technology-related jobs so you might have some luck there. Search for keywords like voip, CCVP, cisco voice, etc., and I'm sure you'll find some good matches. Be aware, though, Dice is very competitive, so expect to be competing for voice-gigs with people who have LOTS of experience, similar certs, and probably a degree or two under their belt.

    Free Microsoft Training: Microsoft Learn
Free PowerShell Resources: Top PowerShell Blogs
Free DevOps/Azure Resources: Visual Studio Dev Essentials

Let it never be said that I didn't do the very least I could do.

I like to work with a team. So maybe I could search around NOC's or companies with more than one admin.
