Chris Bryant is the author of the Bryant Advantage series, but he is also the instructor for the Train Signal CCENT/CCNA course. Does anyone know the differences in the courses?

They're practically identical as far as content goes. One's an ebook, and one's a video.

I have used them both and think the chris bryant material is better (IMO). He is great to work with.

I have used Train Signal and Chris Bryant does an excellent job with this material. The video series includes a copy of a PDF from the Bryant Advantage with sample labs that he recommends doing.

I am really liking his Train Signal training, its made in a way that works perfectly with my brain, and he covers the materials in a way that builds on your knowledge. For instance, he adds a little information on Wan connections in the cabling and standards video, which is early in the series, therefore, if I need to go out and buy hardware, I know I need to look into these items. He also mentions serial to USB converters, and that you might need them, something I wish I had known before I went and got my first console cables!
