I am configuring my first hardware cisco switch, and the product literature mentions Cisco Visual Switch Manager, which I have never heard of so I tried typing in the IP address, and I received a login prompt. I looked at the literature on the cisco website, but it seems as though I should have already configured this perhaps?

+1, I have a 3500XL with that same feature. Kinda useless though, there is very little you can do with the GUI. -
