Helpdesk update

Its been about 2 or 3 weeks since I posted last and on my job I am just now taking calls alone. All of our tech support is for employees that I work there. (very large company). We do alot of remote connection and a lot of VPN certificates. The one thing that has been frustrationg is connecting remotely. Our software sometimes just don't work. One thing I am learning that we often get outlook problems such as either their personal folder is missing or Outlook will just not open. We do repair of .ost and .pst files very often and also office repair. Anyway today was one of those days. Hopefully me and the job will get better. Just needed to release a little stress. lol
