How familiar should I get with IPX

in CCNA & CCENT
Isnt it on the way out? Do a lot of companies run IPX? Are there a lot of questions regarding IPX on the test?

When was it pulled from the exam???????????????????????????????
I am using Todd Lamelles 3rd edt and its in there. Woo hoo.
Is all IPX related material gone from the CCNA? What about CCNP?
