Non Instant(non-indexed) Outlook 2007 Search -Terminal Server
Hi All,
Hope the holidays were good to everyone, now its back on the grind.
Having an issue with one of our remote sites. Its a Windows Server 2003 R2 64bit terminal server. Outlook 2007 search function is showing no results for everything you search for all users, except if logged in as Administrator via Console. When logged in as administrator non console the search function does not work. We do not have indexing/wds configured as this is a terminal server and we don't want all that over head. I have been searching google for days and every article/post refers to indexing. We have tried a reboot, disabling some add-ins, outlook safe mode, outlook with logging enabled. I cant find any errors in the event log either.
Any suggestions?
Ohh and its connecting to there own exchange 2007 on a windows server 2008 box.
