Route Summarization

Hello everyone, I am new to route summarization, I'm trying to find a formula to find list of subnets that is being broadcast to another router, if it's advertising a route summarization.

Also how to find the route summarization for a given list of IP subnets.

Please disregard, I found exercises/lessons in regards to route summarization calculation, even found a calculator that I can bring to the test center :P just kidding...
