How long do I have to wait after passing the CEH exam to receive an email from ec-council?

I cant answer the first part of your question, I don't remember, but Prime is the shell, or system that many of their exams are taken through. I don't think EC-Council has a web portal to track your certifications, you just get access to the members forum if im not mistaken.

I don't think I ever got an email. My certificate came in about eight weeks.
Not sure about that site; I used VUE.
