Weird Outlook 2003 Errors
Bokeh
Recently installed Office 2003 for a remote user (upgraded his machine). Installation went fine, but now when they go to start Outlook the following errors show up:
Error occured in the script on this page
IE Error
Line 298
Char 1
Error Class not registered
Code 0
URL Outlook Today
Continue running yes or no.
Clicking no brings up another error:
c:\document and settings\support\application data\addIns\outlvba.dll is not a valid Office Add-In.
They can send mail, but the receive mail never shows up in their box. They are a distance away, so not easy to go and just uninstall/reinstall to see if that fixes everything. Any ideas on remote fixes I can do?
