Voucher at cheaper rate

Pls, where can i get nearly expire voucher at cheaper rate for international candidate. to get voucher is what stopping me from getting the Net+ certification. any advice, suggestion or help are welcome. I thank you all.

I have purchased a voucher from these guys, and I found it to be relatively cheap..

they dont have comptia voucher for international. only U.S/canada
