How should I know my IOS can support voice, is there any command can I do?

I agree with laidbackfreak...

But if you want a quick check from the router itself... goto global config and type:
"telephony-service" <cr>
If the command is found, then you have an IOS with voice. If its not found, then you do not have a voice capable IOS. HTH
