are the questions in comptia exams weigh equally?
1 correct answer = 1 point?
what if theres multiple answers in 1 question, are they going to give u a partial credit if you got some answers right?

To my knowledge this is unknown. Some of the questions/answers in the exam aren't even scored. I'm not positive though, maybe someone knows. -

Not equal probably, and no partial credit surely. And indeed, maybe not all items are scored. Only CompTIA knows...
