Hello peeps,
has anyone taken this exam, and can you offer some advices ?
We need 2 persons to take this exam before jan 31st, so we can recertify and maintain UltraVar status... (Our Ms account director kinda dropped the ball on this one, since he forgot to forward the info before las t week.)
I'll need to take it before the weekend, shouldnt be a big problem since i know licensing well, and have the prep material, but any advice would be appreciated.

Hello again,
i thought i'd drop a quick update in case anyone else needs to write this one too.

I took the exam this morning and passed. The exam is of the design type: study the case then answer a few questions. 7 testlets of 5 questions each for a total of 35 questions. 135 minutes to complete. What makes it a bit hard is that there is no official preparation material. I suggest reading : Open License program guide, open value program guide, select program guide and enterprise agreement program guide. Also the Microsoft Licensing reseller handbook is a must read. If you are a MS partner there is a practice exam you can take in the partner training portal.
Must Know :
all license programs including spla and subscriptions
perpetual vs non-perpetual
key activation types
specific software licensing : exchange, sql, sharepoint, etc..
Payments options
Cal suites : enterprise, core, etc..
