    Ignorant article.

    I've found that IT "journalists" are about the worst tripe out there. They may be less knowledgeable and crappier at their jobs than Philosophy professors.

    I went to the site for IT Certified Architect (ITCA/OPenGroup). It's a mess.

    The site is worse than useless which may say a lot about their cert!

    The 2nd paragraphs quotes a company, that if you look at their web site, you'll find offers a "unique off shore delivery model."

    Worthless puff piece that seems to advance a companies agenda. Makes me wonder about the author and their agenda/motivation when they write "articles."
