You do it via the CompTIA website - from the Transcripts part of the site, you can create a transcript that contains the information you want to send to MS (or whomever). Then once the transcript is created, you can select the transcript to be sent and enter in who to sent it to. In this case, you'd want to send it to mcphelp@microsoft.com, and be sure to mention your MCP ID in the body of the transcript message that's being sent. Within a few days, you should see your CompTIA credentials reflected on the MCP site.
