Has anyone delt with this company before?

Never heard of them or their "world-known" SATAlink. What would you be attaching this to anyway?

It would be attached to mail server. I mean do you know of another company? This device needs to be mounted to our Rack.

If you're looking at doing message archiving and buying an appliance why not buy it together with something like Barracuda's solution?
