Anyone know of books that cover SAINT Vulnerability Scanner? I tried searching and wasn't coming up with anything. If I get this new job, I might be using it and I wanted to start brushing up on it.

dynamik Banned Posts: 12,312 ■■■■■■■■■□Have you played around with the trial? I haven't used it myself, but most vulnerability scanners are pretty straight forward. I don't think you'd need a book unless you wanted to move all the way to development.

unsupported Member Posts: 192My only vulnerability scanner experience is with McAfee Foundstone, not SAINT, but I looked at Saint's website (SAINT Network Vulnerability Scanner and Penetration Testing Tool) and you can download a trial version to play with the software and they have an extensive help system with tutorials and such.
