upgrade MCTS 2.0 Web to 3.5 or 4.0?

hi
i have done MCTS 2.0 for web track ( 70-526 & 70-536)
i want to upgrade my certification for 3.5 or 4.0
can anybody tell me the track to upgrade my certifcation?????
