Website Question

I have been messing around with sharepoint and was asked by someone to give them a demo on their laptop, but when i browsed to the site i could not see all of the site as i could on my laptop. My resolution is a lot higher than the other laptop but i have tried to increase the other laptops resolution but it will only go as far as 1024x768. Is there a way so that whoever views the site can fit it all on their screens.

You can be a bit fancy these day's and check things like resolution using jscript and then have different "fixed" width designs to display dependent on resolution OR we can do floating boxes in css The Floating Boxes CSS Layout
