cisco.com site or nightmare?

The cisco website is a complete nightmare when it comes to registration and getting a document such as CCNA exam objectives. Has anybody else had similar experience.

I have a feeling it was created by someone who had no knowledge of English let alone how to format a document. -

I can't stand the redesign of their site. Alot of their documentation is being moved as well and every time I hit up google looking for something its like 10 links before I get to the document I'm looking for.
