Blue Coat Proxy Certification

Has anyone here taken the Blue Coat Proxy certification? BCCPP or BCCPA? If so, how and where did you register for it? I'm looking on the Prometric site and I can't find it even though I've been told that it's listed there and taken at a Prometric testing center. Any help? A verified link would help. Thanks in advance.

Then click the link in the bottom left that says First-time Registration (even if you already have a Prometric login, you still need to do this for BlueCoat exams).
